Inno3D X3 OC RTX 4090. 3x8pin adapter. TDP 450W. It's basically one of the cheapest models you can get. With 4x8pin adapter nothing changes. BUT. if you put a Gigabyte Gaming OC BIOS (450W +33% = 600W TDP limit) on the GPU, coupled with the 4x8pin adapter I managed to unlock the graphics card.

My Founder's Edition 4090 seems to hit a limit above +1000 which works out to 1450-1475 mhz tops in Port Royal. I can also pass with +1200 but don't feel it's stable in most games. +1300 or +1400 results in almost instant artifacts. In your answer please include the card vendor (Nvidia FE, Asus, MSI, etc.).
