I finished Count Reuven's Treasure and now I can't finish Get Junior because Dijkstra is in his house but all the doors are locked, anyone know a way around this? Also I went to talk to Cleaver and cannot continue because both the choices I choose when seated at his table Geralt says "I'm not interested in your squabbles."

Yep, he goes nuts and u have to kill them all and somehow it feels wrong, but you get to know the location. The part you've missed maybe is the Key on his body, actually Triss should find it.
