I'm not counting other damage riders, but yes, a bladelock can do A LOT more damage than a EB spammer. Bard6-8 warlock 4-6 is comparable to eb lock. Also has more diversity. Padlock can be fun but you're more paladin than warlock ie paladin 8-9 warlock 3-4 your sites will hit like a truck for sure.
