I took both batteries and had them tested at Advanced Auto. The auxiliary tested bad so I paid $100 for a new one.

Just giving an update. It has been 5 days and the "Start Stop Unavailable - Service stop/start system" is still on and what is more concerning is that the whole Stop/Start system is not even working. When I hit the "A" button it lights up and off but the start/stop feature is not working. It doesn't stop the car engine like it normally would.
