Ranch homes that have been built since the 70s tend to not have any of these styles at all. In fact, a distinctly styled ranch home is a great indicator of a mid-century build date! Homes built in the ’70s, ’80s, or ’90s will typically have what is considered ‘Contemporary’ styling on top of Ranch architecture.
