In fact, it would appear to not having any scaling at all, other than bleed building faster with arcane. Not sure if this is intentional or not... Def a bug. It says appears to scale with Str, dex, and arcane but numbers don't go up when raising those stats. Hopefully gets fixed soon I've been dying to use it.

Any weapon can do you the whole game. Elonoras is decent, and bleed is always good. I basically played the entire game by dual wielding eleonora’s poleblade and seppukku godskin peeler. It was pretty fun, and very effective, though it does get less effective when the enemy doesn’t bleed. It kicks butt.
