Throw in a fully leveled mimic tear with some good incantations with a fully leveled Seal and a shield and you can pretty much just walk through NG+ without a care in the world.

Some speed buffs as well, but it doesn’t feel different for normal hammer moveset. The club’s unique R1’s got a lot faster, but that doesn’t help Marika’s hammer. Also don’t be fooled, it’s not a Faith weapon. Faith is actually the worst stat to level for its damage, both STR and DEX give better returns, even for the weapon skill.
