I am having trouble with the engine surging after it warms up very badly. I have done the following things to rectify the problem with no success. If the fuel pump is getting weak, then the injectors can't deliver enough fuel to keep the engine running properly.

Piston Slapper, I have a similar issue with my Kawasaki FH541V - it starts quickly but will surge heavily at idle or full throttle with no load or surge slightly with blades engaged if given anything less than 3/4 choke. I've thoroughly cleaned the carburetor twice, new fuel filter, air filter, etc.
