I think you're better off having something else inflict sleep, also imo Yoshitsune syncs better with a Freeze, so you could build a Freeze Black Frost to accompany Yoshitsune, freeing up a couple of slots. Life Drain also sucks lmao. I'd replace those with immunity skill cards, personally.
Life Aid is quite better than Regenerate 3 (you can create the skill card if you itemize Lakshmi) since it gives you 8% HP and SP at the end of. the battle. Charge is useful too, but not having it in Yoshitsune is ok as long as you have it in another Persona (like Michael). Anyway, you can obtain it if you itemize Cu Chulainn.
Yoshitsune is one of if not the best persona you can get in the game. But what I hate is due to Hassou Tobi's existence, all other physical build persona's are completely obsolete due to it's existence.
