For 9mm and .40, the norm is a #8 rear and a #6 front-for .357 SIG it's a #8 rear and a #8 front. If your shooting both .357 SIG and .40, I'd suggest going with the #8, as POA/POI with .357 SIG will be the center, and with the .40 barrel a 6 o'clock POA will yield a center POI. Best, Jon.

That is, using the standard sight picture, place the big dot, over-laid, ON the target. If you plan to shoot bulls eye targets, in bulls eye fashion, you will either have to hold high or get new sights. When my 365 was new the tritium tubes on my 365 would fluctuate in brightness, one night the front got so dim I started to order some different sights but I held off then the very next night the sight was back up to full brightness and has stayed that way. My rear right side did the exact same thing ...I have the ported version of the P365 SAS. The Sig website shows that this ported version is no longer made. So my pistol is now a rare bird.
