In addition to driving on the left there are steep hills up and down and if you want to go to Cinnamon there is a tricky switch back. Over 18 trips we have never had an accident. 3. Re: Cancun vs USVI/St John. Think of STJ as a National Park and mostly a DIY vacation with exceptional housing availability (at a price, of course). If you expect beach service or accommodations or typical night time frivolity, STJ is not your place.

I've rented from Amalie several times I usually book 3-4 months out and I usually get a confirmation email between 1 and 4 weeks prior to arrival to confirm flights and arrival times. The Upstairs Bar is where the former Doghouse Pub was. It’s a fun space and they’ve added plenty of fans to keep the air moving. It’s a straightforward place featuring hot dogs and tater tots. This is run by the team that runs The Windmill Bar. Answer 1 of 7: We will only be in St. John for a couple of days next week (Feb 10-12) and was interested in renting a jeep for one day. Most of the companies online had a 3-4 day minimum rental. Are there any smaller outfits that do a one day rental?
Dinner was back to St John Brewery and one last mint chocolate chip cone from scoops. Day 12 Just finished packing and will head out on the Crown 11:15 ferry, lunch at Tickles and eventually arriving in MD tonight.
Grocery shopping. My family and I will be traveling to St. John Virgin Islands next week. My parents feel they need to bring a few boxes of food because the grocery store shelves maybe empty and we may not find essentials. When filtering villa rentals, it seems on St. John, needing 5 bedrooms puts you in Peter Bay, or at least by the time I started looking, it did. My go -to villa rental agency is www.wheretostay.com. At the airport when leaving :) They have plain, with cheese and with ham and cheese and they are between $4 and $6 where the hamburgers or hotdogs are around $15 so best deal when waiting to leave (although they do sell out if you flight is a late one) 9. Re: Health of the coral reefs in St. John USVI. Theres been much degradation but St John underwater world almost definitely remains above average without getting into SCUBA destinations. All the reefs, worldwide, are dying. Enjoy what's remaining and please do what you can to protect our natural splendor.Easiest and quickest is to get either a rapid antigen test or rapid diagnostic test at either Walgreens or CVS. Both are acceptable and quicker than a PCR test (and only an easy nasal swab, not a brain probe LOL).
