The VP9 is in the NFL while the other pistols were playing college football. The CZ P10C is the Alabama of college football though, for what that is worth. The ergonomics are not quite as good as the HK, but still extremely good (which is why it is second). The trigger and accuracy were on par with the HK VP9. It is a really really nice gun.

I find the pistols to be similarly accurate. The HK has more muzzle flip (higher bore axis) but it is less snappy and punishing to the hand (you can dissipate energy only so many ways). 18:13 2.0 compact retails for 569 while the CCP 10 C retails for $4.99 now don’t let that fool you because on the street price these are very close to the same price gun Pro deals the CCP 10 C was listed at 443 for the 2.0 Smith & Wesson for 67 so about a $25.00 difference between the two as far as actual price which is pretty insignificant ...I started with G19 but now prefer an HK VP9 in every configuration. The VP9 has nicer ambidextrous features but really it’s mostly about what feels right to shoot. I agree that the Steyr is appealing but it’s not as easy to find parts and mags, so I’d stick with the HK, Glock, or Walther models you listed, pick one and go from there.
Cz wont, you will pay at minimum for shipping and anything else they deem your fault. Maybe there is a dept out there that uses the p10c, but I know many have used and are still using MnP. Smith has always served LE. Don't be discouraged if you like the CZ it is a little more accurate then the 2.0. I don't like the striker design on the CZ.

Other thing to consider is mag cost. HK mags are notoriously expensive unless you find a rare sale. CZ mags are probably cheaper except for the rare models. P10s can be night sight ready. Mags are cheaper yes. Most guns are “night sight ready” whether or not they actually sell them with night sights is different.

The P-10 C feels a little more snappy but it's very fast and back on target slightly faster. They were pretty much on par as far as accuracy for me, shooting from 7 - 25 yards. The P30 is still stock, while the P-10 C has the HB Industries trigger, Apex Tactical mag release, and Night Fision sights.
