No biters sitting on your coal or something like that, oil in reach, uranium really really not far off so you can turtle with lasers, some trees in case you want to build in the forest, not hard to wall off.

Best early game seed ever? No uranium? No dice. Meh. Biters are a modular option in the game. If you dont want to deal with biters while building just turn them off. If you want to deal with a just a little bit of biters, tune them down. I dont see the point in playing a specific seed to have biters not be a relevant factor in your playthrough ... If it doesn't give you a peninsula, you still will have something with decent choke points. Tried that for like 30min, kept getting terrible starts so dug through this sub bit and im content with this.
