I unplugged the plow and plugged it back in, all was well. Today after 30 mins of plowing it did the same, now it won't work at all. Check the fuses. There should be a blade fuse from the controller to a keyed ignition under the dash. If its a handheld then there are two glass fuses inside he controller. Also make sure all the connections at the solenoid and grille are clean and tight. Or, you can trigger the motor solenoid under the hood with a jumper cable to the trigger post and the plow will raise. Occasionally I get a red/orange flashing light on the controller. I go out and check the connections, and can hear a "chattering" behind the grill. Eventually the light stops blinking and the plow will start working again. The noise behind the grill has me baffled. Plow attaches to the pushplates without issue. However, the electrical is another issue. My buddy (who has had a number of Fisher plows) and I installed the wiring harnesses. The plow will be working fine and then the red power light on the control lever will start blinking killing all control to the plow. After a few minutes or sometimes more it will begin to work again.The problem is the power light,on the fishstix, starts to flash and the plow loses power then comes back. First time it happened I lost power at my first driveway then never had it happen again. The plow module is responsible for taking signal from controller and providing ground to solenoids to operate and run the plow motor. Edit: actually take them off entirely and then retighten them. Don't look at them and declare them "checked".
