About half of my many hours of single player has been on Siptah. The two things I noticed aren't there that Exiled Lands has are: (1) environmental factors: Siptah doesn't really have anywhere that needs special equipment/supplies to survive; (2) defined arc: there is a story to Siptah, but there isn't the same progression toward a defined "win".
There are quite a few unique animals on siptah, from bison to woolly rhinos, giant bears and smaller ones too, wild dogs and aardwolves, along with all the elder monsters like werewolves and fishmen.
