5-7 grams 2 or 3 times a day. I would say this is a moderately high dose and could be classified as heavy use. Sometimes if I get a really good batch my dose goes down to 3-4 grams. If Kratom is all you use, then I dont see anything wrong with this dosage besides developing dependency and possibly addiction.
