Jun 15, 2023 · I am having issues with my load shed device. Here is my setup: I have a 11kw Generac, and solar panels. In between the transfer switch and the panels I have a Generac 50-Amp Smart Management Module. I noticed today that my SSM keeps reseting. The timing is random but it happened many times today. I cycled power to the unit but still same issue. The heat strips fight against the A/C so the air is warm and not cold. If the outside coils are not frosted up it only lasts for 15 seconds or so.
