I quite like notoHUD, knHUD and m0reHUD, but it comes down to personal preference. Take a look at huds.tf, they list a load of different HUDs with screenshots and compatibility information. ToonHUD is quite good. You can customize a lot of stuff and it has a nice aesthetic to it.
