In 2019 her visa shall be changed to H4 as I am planning for H1 stamping sometime this year. Since I will have I140 already approved, we will be trying to get the EAD on H4 asap.Some of the documents required to apply for H4 EAD include Form I-765, H4 visa EAD fees, and evidence of the H4 visa holder's relationship to H1B spouse.
