The car shot a code p0606 which means there is internal damage to the ecu which needs to acknowledge the computer when the key is inserted along through the immobilizer.2006 Accord won't start green key light blinking. The pilots have had issues with shift solenoids going bad (among a number of other hondas). find which solenoid is being flagged and replace it. should be able to pull a diagnostic code up with a good scan tool.
