Been using R2Modman for custom level running recently, which adds games files even without launching it as "modded" through the launcher. Uninstall and reinstall, if it doesn't work go in %appdata% folder and delete the r2modman folder/file, when you reinstall it will create a new folder. Yeee it might be a good idea to join the discords for your mods to stay updated. Also, I used nexus for 2 years and it was annoying, I made the switch about two months before release to thunderstore and r2modman and I won't go back to nexus lol.
