May 20, 2015 · The code only ever seems to trip when you have been working it hard in the upper throttle range. While out riding we found some snow and I was pushing it pretty hard to get through when it tripped this code. It did it twice, and only while working it fairly hard for about 1 min. Normal riding it doesn't seem to show up.
Looks like a simple job. Just unplug the wiring connector. Screw the O2 sensor out. Clean up the threads and mating surfaces. Toothbrush and scotchbrite. Thread the new sensor in, torque with end wrench, don't get carried away it doesn't require 50 ft-lbs. Reconnect the wiring connector and you're done. …ICS Communication.
