Weakauras is good, but requires a lot of setup and "modules" to customize. Probably the one most commonly used by the community. All I'd need to know if there are 2 or more in melee range and another trigger would be 2 or more enemies within 40 yards. I'm currently using 6 (!) triggers to determine scenarios where there are 2+ enemies near me so I'm just looking to simplify. I wouldn't mind taking a stab at it. You are able to customize the details one to look similar to that through the options. It is most likely TrufiGCD or a weakaura similar to the one that was linked in the thread above.
