I have used Sidecar health for the past two years and just renewed for 2023. I haven't had to use it much, so take this with a grain of salt. My employer doesn't provide health insurance, and the main reason I stick with Sidecar is that it's just easier than trying to pick from all the confusion of a regular health insurance plans.

Sidecar Health is a scam. They stopped offering me service after I wanted to do a preventative procedure recommended by my doctor. I've been using traditional insurance companies for 30+ years and I've never been treated like this. Most of their "should cost" prices are inaccurate (even the cheapest providers charge 2x the price).
