If you used every wedge in every idol you came across, you would run out of them before you destroyed all 4 Fume Knight idols. So you probably either intentionally bypassed one per play recommendations and forgot about it, or maybe missed the one near the top of the Foyer or the tower apart where Mauldron invades.

The stupid mages in the smelter run back make it near impossible if your build is at 69% equip load. I was below 50%, so the runback wasn't too bad, took 5 ish try, Sir Allone though is painful. So lower your equip load silly! There's no reason to be so heavy, when being at or below 46.6% is so easily accomplished!
