How to pair an xfinity remote to the box.
My XR15 remote will not allow me to use volume, mute, and on/off. I've replaced the remote and batteries. I've replace the box. Nothing. I was told by Xfinity that it's the remote. Replace it. They also told me to use another remote like an XR11. No difference. It has to be something Comcast changed in their software.
