That is the one I use. I have only had issues with the port if I get fuzz and lint and junk like that in my phone charging port, as long as I keep that clean I havent had any issues.Step 2: Hold the power button and turn the knob for about 40 seconds. It will switch off the USB port by flashing the Jeep brand name, eventually turning the display black. Step 3: Press the turner knob and power button for about 20 seconds. The screen will restart, flashing the Jeep brand name.The 2021 4xe will not stay connected via CarPlay; the 2020 had no issues with that iPhone and software version (or any software version on that iPhone for the last 6 months). Here is what cured it and I have not had any CarPlay connection problems in my JL or any car since. I usually keep my phone in my pocket, when not driving. This caused pocket lint and dust to build up in the lightning connector plug. Go to “CarPlay” in “General”. Tap the name of your car. Tap “Forget This Car”. Configure CarPlay.
