yes. The only time it’s worse is when you forget how to kill enemies; if you actually use your gun it’s the best deck by a lot. It's way better than anarchist but stoic is better than leech. It's pretty much tied with Stoic as the most broken decks in the game (Altough Stoic is probably a little bit better).

For survivability. Most decks on DS don't even get to tank up to 10 hits. Armor has 2s and able to tank 2 Zeal hits (with or without health hits depending if the build is a Berserker build) and is considered to be a really good deck. Optical Illusions is purely for weapon flexibility so I can build my guns a bit more, and Extra Lead sure, you can route those 6 points elsewhere, NL if you die alot or Bullseye aced for faster 2shot etc., not a problem, I only use Extra Lead aced because I actually ran out of ammo spawn-camping the roof of Panic Room despite being in a pub with 3 other players.
