Having ignore defence from savage+cruel makes much bigger difference than having more stats. The 5% ignore def from cruel is around 10-12% dmg increase against targets with 4-5k defence. Rotos damage is also based on HP. If you just focus on attack and crit you're cheating yourself, plus missing some survivability.

Mine is 279 speed and 571 accuracy for arena. Also, stats over sets. Perception only helps if you've got enough speed and accuracy substats on your available Perception gear. I'm not a fan of her without some kind of immunity, stoneskin unless reaction x2.
