Demonic Spell Difficulty Classes (DC) are awful, making it a perfect fit for Enforce Vigor. Aspect of Kalavakus is absolutely broken with Kineticist trips. 3)Energy Blasts benefit from spell penetration, and you’ll need an appropriate Ascendant Element, but otherwise, the vast majority of spell related feats are useless to you. The core feats you need as a Kineticist are Precise Shot, Point Blank Shot, Weapon Focus, Improved Critical, Spell Pen and Greater Spell Pen.

Base Kineticist is the best. Subclasses sacrifice too much for little gain. You want Constitution to be your Burn stat, not others. Most powerful elements are fire and earth. Fire targets touch AC which is usually the lowest defense stat of the enemies, while earth is great for crowd control (Deadly Earth is king). Depends on how you define 'best'. If you're talking about the ability to just non-stop nuke, kinetecist is likely the best choice simply because they never run out and mostly focus on spamming and modifying that one nuke.
