Resetting 1127 Code. I have a 1127 code the rzr runs fine no limp mode. I got into some snow and had to get on it to get through the drift and when I stopped shortly afterward I seen a check engine light. Code said 1127. Aug 14, 2018 · I had these two codes, 65590 is misfire detected cylinder not identified. 65592 is misfire cylinder 2 (mag), plus 520344 - 17. Research suggested it might be the O2 sensor or TPS. I took it to the dealer where it was purchased (4 Seasons Motorsports Rye, AZ.) and it turned out to be the fuel pump and 1 bad fuel injector.

It's a 4 wire sensor. 2 of the wires are for sensor heater and the other 2 are for the sensor. The code 520209-5 is related the the heater current being low. The VR is easy to check. Just hook up a voltmeter to the battery and rev up the motor. The voltage shouldn't go up much mor than about 13.7 volts.
