Yup! I'm applying to UCs as well and they do not have early action or decision so it is not going against any QuestBridge rules. Do note that the actual deadline is Nov 30, and match day this year is Dec 1, so we'd turn in the UC app before we know if we are matched or not. Same thing is true of the CSUs if you're also applying to those as wellMy understanding of the situation is that you're required to list your recommenders by September 27 but they have until October 3 to fulfil the requests. Look at the range of colleges on the Questbridge site and don't get fixated on the top 20 ranking. QB has 40 college partners and they may add more next year.
