I'm pretty sure you can add a static route in your external router to 192.168.100.1 and get full access by going to that ip in a network connected browser. When you don't have a static route, it reverts to remote admin (you will see a blue dot over your profile icon) and it does have a few limitations, but the static route should fix that.
