Chris Lehman / KLCCCGPD referred the case to the Lane County Sheriff’s Department. At 2:30 pm Feb. 7, Lane County deputies arrested Clarke, 58, on charges of solicitation of murder. He was later also charged with attempted murder and is being held without bail at the Lane County Jail. His trial is scheduled for this summer.
