Single-lane northbound will close Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm and 10 pm to 5 am next morning, Friday from 10 am to 3 pm and 11 pm to 3 pm next day, and Saturday from 11 pm to 2 pm next day.
In the closed position, the bridge allows a vertical clearance of 35 feet. Opened to traffic in 1941 when the Hutchinson River Parkway was extended into the Bronx, the Hutchinson River Parkway drawbridge was reconstructed in 1985.
