In my most current play session, dropped items suddenly stopped displaying labels, causing them to not be able to be picked up. I tried toggling item filters, but it didn’t help. Gold was not affected. Leaving the game to the character select and re-entering the game fixed the issue. A Skeletal Sceptre has implicit ranges of 53-59 adaptive spell damage & 25%-65% minion damage, so you have a 1 in 7 chance of getting a max roll on the adaptive spell damage (though if you’re a minion build, that’s likely less important) & 1 in 41 chance of getting a max roll minion damage.
