Hi all, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot my litter robot 3 for a while and the agent is always offline on the app so I can’t get any help on fixing it. My red light for cat timing does not come on and it will not cycle unless I press the button. First one had no trouble with DFI for years; second one I bought refurbished and DFI went in 2 months. I replaced the DFI on first one, that lasted only 2 months.
