If if fiddle with it for a while I can get it back up. I had a similar thing with our Mercedes but that was caused by a low battery and when starting the car the power dropped enough to wipe the radio presets and the window switch memory. Its been fine since. Reset them see how it goes. New cars arent as bad as microsoft windows but they still occasionally need a reset.

Wow - my battery died and I had the same issue on my 2015 OB - the drivers side switch for the passenger window wasn't working.The solution to use the the passenger side switch to roll the window down halfway, then hold roll up for 5 seconds solution worked for me. I think I heard a click too.

The motor or pulley system sounds like gravel ... Window switch update. I brought the car to the dealer this morning and apparently this window switch issue is a very common problem! Apparently it just needs to be reset and the way you solve the problem is to run the window all the way up so it's closed, then you pull on the up switch again and hold it for 3 seconds. Done, solved!

Now the window works, but only sort of. When going down, it will go smoothly, but the auto down doesn’t work. When going up, it only goes in 1 inch increments. I installed the weather tech visors and only the driver side window seems to utilize the sensors to stop when obstructed with the visors installed. When I try to roll the windows ul, it gets near the top but stops and rolls about 1/4 the way back down ...4. There is a fuse box under the hood on the driver's side (with spare fuses in the lid) and another in the driver's side under dash. Both covers have legends on them describing the fuses.

Roll the window down from the passenger side with its button and hold it down once all the way down for 3 seconds or so. Next roll it back up and again hold it up for 3 seconds or so.
