I thought the 25-2 series with a N prefix was built between 1969 and 1976. My book shows a N plus 6 digit serial number in the 700000 range as 1980.

Forward leaf screw locations were not really standardized until about halfway through the production run. If you have an early gun, you may have to try a few loose sights before you get a perfect match. Then again, you might get lucky on your first attempt.
