Cemu will decrypt it and run it. You can also use VitaSmith / cdecrypt to unencrypt the game so it's just the files a.k.a. Loadiine format.

If you have WUD files, I recommend converting them to raw files so Cemu doesn't need to use the keys.txt file AND it saves some CPU cycles because decryption doesn't need to be done, improving performance by a margin.
