As for best PvE weapons, you won't have access yet to what I'd consider the two best choices, Drakeblood Greatsword and Red Iron Twinblades. Given where you are, your choices will depend on playstyle. If you're comfortable with Ultras, the Greatsword can be great. Not for everybody though.
