Fallout 4 ultrawide fix.
The problem is that your new computer will do things with Fallout 4 like run the monitor at 300 Hz and disable the v-sync and run the frame-rates above 100 FPS and you'll try to do things like get it to fit full-screen on an ultra-wide screen monitor. These are all things that Fallout wasn't designed to handle.

Well, I discovered the cause after half an hour of troubleshooting. Apparently the variable fDefaultFoV= controls the distance of the power armor UI display. I had it mirroring my main FoVs (1st/3rd person), which was 100. Removing it from my Fallout4.ini caused the HUD to scale properly with this fix.The game does not support ultrawide monitors.
