Dug into the schematic, gets power (indicator lamp comes on) located and feel the relay click Start chasing the wiring. Looking at the schematic, there is a solid line drawn between the two poles on the switch.

Special thanks to you ShooterK2, I started the truck today, flipped the cruise control ON, used the reset to try and increase rpm, didn't work. So with the engine running, cruise control on, I put my foot under the clutch pedal and lifted it UP, then used the reset and sure enough the engine rpm increased.
