Mar 20, 2011 · Remove the 2 caps, the one on the radiator and the one in the middle. Remove the screw from the intake manifold. Fill the system from under the seat until coolant comes out of the intake. Put the screw back in and tighten it. Then continue filling until coolant comes out of the radiator. Reinstall radiator cap.

Water pump is working correctly, no leaks no water in the oil, etc. The overfolw bottle is always full when my light goes on. I am guessing that it may be the pressure cap that is under the seat next to the bottle.

There is clunking sound while driving at slow to fast speeds ( 2 or 4 wheel drive). Sounds like something loose and hitting underneath but I cannot see anything loose. Yes there is an adjustment, - if it is "self adjusting", - you will have to pull the brake drum off and look at it, - you just turn the adjuster back about 1 or 2 turns, and then see how it "spins -- (after you have re-installed brake drum), and applied brakes once to "center the brake shoes"!

Never have any problem going forward on the steepest hills. Im not trying to trample flatbeds post about the front ball joints being able to pull out. Sorry flatbed. Flatbed found that the bolts holding the ball joints in place werent close enough to the ball joint stem to fit into its groove, thus the ball joint could work its way out.
