Two handed, quality works at 36 strength.Nagakiba needs 18 STR and 22 dex to wield and you'll need some endurance if you want to dual wield them. I would beat Marg for the lvls then do yuras quest. I just got the nagakiba and it took a few levels of endurance to wield both. Also, getting to the spot where you get the nagakiba from yura is...tricky. Unless you kill him for it.

I think the best katana to dual wield with the nagakina is the hand of malenia because the length is similar. Use dual scimitars. I use moonveil for ranged main skill and nagakiba for the double bleed proc good overall build! Edit:but also have a heavy smash dmg build over slash for the heavy armour bosses.

Dual cold nagakiba. Bleed will still be there, and cold preserves a lot of the Dex scaling. Cold also works on a lot more enemies. Use the same for both, regardless of which you use. Nagakiba is better in every way. It has a better moveset and gives you better stance break capabilities which is helpful for boss fights while the longer reach is useful in PVP. Naga much better range. Two handed heavy Uchi for damage and style. Nagakiba is too long for me, looks silly.
