I mean do you save the game in the game options or the emulator options. had to mess with VBA's emulator settings to find the root of the problem. so if you need to change the save type to "128k", go to Options > Emulator > Save Type > 128k (no need to change it from Automatic either). Then, go to Emulator > make sure "BMP format" is checked. I just copy and paste the Radical Red GBA file with another name before restarting. Should be easy if you are on PC like me. Don't think it's as reliable but you can just quick save through the emulator then start a new game on a different quick save. Then you will have 2 games that you can switch between.

I have unplugged and rebooted XBox One, checked the downloadable content on the main menu - only Blood and wine and Search for Triss showing, yet it says Hearts of Stone is installed.
