Apparently it just needs to be reset and the way you solve the problem is to run the window all the way up so it's closed, then you pull on the up switch again and hold it for 3 seconds. Done, solved!

Check the main ground from the battery to the block. Between the post on the battery and the end of the ground when testing with a good meter you should have 0.0 ohm for a good ground.
