Other good pre-owned sites are Mandarake. I'd say the two down sides to Ami Ami are that their shipping can be a bit high-priced and their point reward system is usually only 1% back in points. Other sites give more, but then again their prices are much higher so the points are worth less effectively.

The good thing about Mandarake is they descriptively specify the apparent flaws of the item such as yellowed packaging, missing parts, paint smudges, non-working electronic gimmicks, etc either on the item name or the description section. Another situation that I've encountered with Amiami is if a pre-owned item was sold the day or two before but still gets relisted. The pre-owned item would appear like normal but it would never be available. Item condition (Item/Box grade) and price would be exactly the same as the one that sold in the previous days.
