Jul 6, 2019 · You may have an issue now if it is obvious you tried to fix it yourself but it is worth a try with the dealer but that torn ribbon cable is probably going to be an issue. The replacement could have been defective or you may have either had a connector not seated properly or the cable was damaged during your repair.

There is a CUE issue, at least on XTS, that kills the weather app for some reason. Have your dealer set up a technical case with XM/Sirrius, and they will get it corrected.
