The RTA Express allows CMHA to process an RTA while you wait. The RTA Express is open from 8:30 AM ‐ 3:30 PM Monday thru Thursday. The RTA must be complete ‐ including the appropriate water bills. Unit must be ready for inspection within 1 day (2 days at max).
